    However, if an error occurs on our part such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item LAMONEE BEAUTY will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. In these situations, we will also cover the shipping for the replacement order. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide their order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
